The Board of Directors for the UCAFP is comprised of former CAF service personnel from the Regular Force or Reserve Force on a volunteer basis.

Due to the intricacies of QR&O 19.10, serving members of the CAF are NOT PERMITTED to actively participate in politically focused union activities.

Interim President

A member of the CAF from 2001 to 2023, Courtney served in a number of positions in both the RMS CLK and HRA occupations, attaining the rank of Chief Petty Officer 2nd Class prior to his commissioning as a Log-Sea officer in 2017. Courtney retired in 2023 just prior to promotion to the rank of Lieutenant-Commander.
